Logitech has released a new line of “Designed for Mac” products that are very similar to some products that it released earlier in the year but have some small differences that offer better optimization and customization options for Macs and iPads. The products include the MX Master 3S for Mac Mouse ($100),? MX Mechanical Mini for Mac Keyboard ($150), Lift for Mac Mouse ($70) and K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard for Mac ($40).

Available in Space Gray and Pale Gray, the MX Master 3S for Mac Mouse does offer some subtle ergonomic improvements, quieter clicks and the ability to set the DPI between 1,000 and 8,000 for precise work on either one or multiple high resolution monitors. Logitech calls it “an icon remastered for advanced Mac users.”
Logitech says its MX Mechanical Mini for Mac is its first mechanical keyboard optimized for Mac and features Tactile Quiet low-profile switches and Smart Backlighting, as well as the ability to customize keyboard shortcuts for Macs and switch between three different Apple devices for MacOS, iPadOS or iOS. It, too, is available in Space Gray and Pale Gray.

The Logitech Lift for Mac also works with Windows machines.

I wrote about Logitech’s ergonomic Lift mouse when it was released back in April and liked its smaller design compared to its predecessor, which felt a little too big to my hand. Aside from the color options, I couldn’t really tell any difference between this Lift for Mac and the standard Lift. It’s Bluetooth enabled but doesn’t come with a Logi Bolt USB receiver because Logitech says Apple users don’t like to plug anything into the limited number of USB-C ports on their computers and prefer to use Bluetooth. There’s a lot of truth to that but the standard Lift comes with a Logi Bolt and also works just fine with Macs and iPads. Oh, and in case you’re wondering, the Lift for Mac does work with Windows machines via Bluetooth.?
I’ve long been a fan of Logitech’s K380 keyboard and consider it one of the better values for compact keyboards. This new K380 Multi-Device Bluetooth Keyboard for Mac allows you to switch between three different Apple devices for MacOS, iPadOS or iOS. It’s only available in blueberry.?
As a lot of companies are doing these days, Logitech has a sustainability message and is highlighting that its new products are partially made from recycled plastic. The amount varies according to the color of the products, per Logitech:?

  • 47% for MX Mechanical Mini for Mac Space Gray
  • 36% for MX Mechanical Mini for Mac Pale Gray
  • 27% for MX Master 3S for Mac Space Gray
  • 22% for MX Master 3S for Mac Pale Gray
  • 54% for Lift for Mac

All the products are available to order now.?
